1. Information we use

The public website does not contain a form and does not run visitor analytics. If you email us, we receive the information in your message and the usual email delivery data. If you later buy or receive a service, we will use the business, contact, order, payment-status, assessment and report information needed to provide it.

2. Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond and take steps you request before a contract. We use order and service records to perform the contract, maintain accurate financial and operational records, protect the service and meet legal obligations. We use limited security logs for our legitimate interest in keeping the website reliable and safe.

3. What not to send

We do not need confidential customer lists, account credentials, special-category personal data or unrelated personal records to discuss an Audit. Please remove information that is not needed for the question you want us to assess.

4. Service providers

The website uses Cloudflare for DNS, proxying and security, Railway for hosting and PostgreSQL, GitHub for source delivery and Zoho for company email. Stripe will process payment information when online payment is enabled. Each provider handles information under its own security and data-processing terms, which may involve protected international transfers.

5. Retention

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship. Contract, payment and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law. Assessment evidence and reports are kept for delivery, review and an agreed recheck, then reviewed for deletion or anonymisation. Security logs are retained for a limited operational period.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, professional advisers where needed, or authorities when the law requires it.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to certain use. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner. Contact us first if you would like us to explain or act on a request.

8. Cookies and measurement

The current public site does not use marketing cookies, advertising pixels, session replay or visitor analytics. Essential infrastructure may process request and security data without placing a marketing identifier in your browser. We will update this notice before introducing a materially different measurement practice.
