AI Visibility Lens
How the Audit works

A single AI answer can give the wrong impression.

We save several answers, compare the same buying context and look for patterns. That shows which problems are worth acting on and which results are too thin to trust.

01

Start with a real buying decision

Each question comes from your offer, buyer, market and the point where a prospect chooses whom to consider.

02

Save the answer

We keep the service, visible model label, date, market, relevant excerpt and available sources.

03

Use relevant competitors

An alternative must overlap on buyer, offer, market and delivery before it enters the comparison.

04

Check six separate areas

We examine appearance, accuracy, proof, difference, trust and buyer fit.

05

Review every important statement

Rapid Works Studio checks the statement, its supporting answer and the proposed change.

06

Repeat the same questions after 90 days

The original record makes change visible without pretending that one new answer proves business impact.

When a change enters the report

The evidence must support it.

  • The conclusion traces back to saved answers.
  • The competitor belongs in the buying decision.
  • The change addresses a gap in your website, proof or wider reputation.
  • The report stays short when the answers support fewer conclusions.
Limits of one Audit

The report is a dated snapshot.

Answers can change with the service, wording, market, account context and time. The report explains the answers captured and the decision they support. It cannot control an AI service or guarantee results.

Technical sources

Search access and AI training use different controls.

Our crawler checks follow current publisher guidance. OpenAI separates its search crawler from its training crawler. Anthropic documents separate search, user-request and training crawlers. Google explains that pages must be crawlable for indexing rules to be read. Google also says a sitemap can help discovery without guaranteeing it.
