1. About the service
AI Visibility Lens is a Rapid Works Studio service. It records a dated sample of answers to agreed buyer questions, compares relevant alternatives and turns the supported evidence into human-reviewed findings and priority actions.
2. Website use and enquiries
You may use this website to understand the service, compare packages and contact us. Please provide accurate information and do not send credentials, confidential customer lists or unlawful material. An email enquiry does not create an order or require either party to proceed.
3. Orders, scope and payment
Before paid work begins, we will confirm the package, agreed questions, scope and one-off GBP price. When online payment is available, Stripe will host the payment page. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment is recorded and we accept the scope. The Free AI Visibility Check does not require payment.
4. What you receive
Your confirmed package determines the number of questions, comparison depth and deliverables. The £349 Audit includes up to five agreed questions, relevant competitor context, six-area diagnosis, priority actions and a human-reviewed report. The £795 Action Kit adds an owned-site evidence blueprint, authority checklist and measurement baseline. The £149 Review repeats the agreed questions against the original baseline.
5. Customer responsibilities
You must have authority to share the business information you provide and should check factual details before acting on the report. You remain responsible for business, marketing and legal decisions and for any implementation carried out by you or another supplier.
6. Cancellations, refunds and changes
If you need to cancel or change the scope, contact us promptly. Any cancellation or refund will depend on the work already completed, non-recoverable provider costs and your applicable statutory rights. We will explain the position before agreeing a material scope change.
7. Intellectual property and confidentiality
You may use the report and package deliverables inside your business. We retain our methods, templates and underlying product materials. Each party should protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the agreed work, unless disclosure is required by law.
8. Important limitations
AI answers vary by service, model, question, market and time. The work is a dated evidence sample, not a promise to control an AI service. We do not guarantee inclusion, rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Nothing on this website is legal, financial or investment advice.
9. Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for decisions made without reasonable review of the report and its stated limitations. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
